David has been in franchising for over 20 years both building franchisors and achieving one of the largest consulting firms in the industry.   David founded the franchise Private Equity firm, Sopra Capital, acquiring and starting 10 portfolio companies. 

 

David has built partnerships of almost $5 billion in capital to acquire companies in and out of franchising.  He has started numerous businesses from inception into multi-million dollar businesses in a short period of time.  He has been featured in USA Today, appearing on FOX Business channel as an expert in his field along with countless other media and speaking events. 

 

He started the largest executive/management search firm in franchising and was awarded as the top 5 largest recruiting firms in his state.  

 

David is in charge of Merger & Acquisitions, partnerships, development, legal, administration, finance, & marketing.  He is a creative, out of the box thinker who disrupts the status quo by bringing new strategy and ideas to help companies get to the next level.  That along with his executive search expertise, he provides critical assistance to all of our partner companies.
